Holyo.com is operated by Ad Portable GmbH. The business already has several years’ experience in online retail. We obtain all our items from official distributors and store them in our own warehouses, which enables us to guarantee their authenticity.

Do you speak German?

How can I redeem the Microsoft voucher (for Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8)?

Please ensure that you have an account at microsoft.com or live.xbox.com.

Redeeming on a PC or tablet running Windows 8:


  1. Select or tap “Store” on the Start screen.
  2. Swipe down or right click.
  3. Select or tap “Your apps”.
  4. Enter the 25-digit code.
  5. Go ahead and complete your purchase.

Redeeming on Windows Phone 8:


  1. Start the Wallet app from the app list.
  2. Tap on the “+” button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select “Microsoft voucher”.
  4. Enter the 25-digit code.
  5. Switch to the Store and go ahead with your purchase.

Redeeming on an Xbox console:


  1. Log in to Xbox Live using your Microsoft account.
  2. Press the Xbox Guide key on the controller.
  3. Navigate to the “Store” tab.
  4. Enter the 25-digit code.
  5. Select “Use code” and enter the code.

Can I redeem the voucher in the Microsoft Store?

No, unfortunately, this is not possible.

How can I activate the value-added services for my phone number?

Shopping at HOLYO.com by mobile billing requires the value-added services functionality to be activated by your cellphone network provider. Value-added services include the option to shop by using your cellphone for billing purposes, allowing mobile transactions to be assigned to your personal cellphone number. This may require a call to your network provider, or a personal visit to one of your network’s retail stores, as well as confirmation of your password or another means of authentication.

How to use a Nintendo eShop Fund code:

  • Select in the relevant shop account: ADD Wii POINTS or ADD NINTENDO DSi POINTS or ADD FUNDS.
  • Only enter the code when redeeming.
  • Please retain the code and your confirmation of payment for future reference.

How can I redeem promotion codes?

To redeem promotion codes , you have to be logged in at HOLYO. The entry is optional and not required for a successful transaction.

What is Holyo's Earn with Friends program?

Earn with Friends is a simple and free to join referral program from Holyo. You earn money by spreading the word about Holyo and convincing your friends to join our Earn with friends program.

How much can you earn? (in country)

There are 3 levels of earnings in Holyo's Earn with Friends program:

  • 1st level of earnings: 3.00% commission
  • 2nd level of earnings: 0.75% commission
  • 3rd level of earnings: 0.25% commission

The Earn with Friends Programm is limited per User to a time frame of 180 days. It could be extended to 360 days. Holyo reserves the right to change the time frame after 180 days per User.

How does that work in practice?

Let’s assume that one code costs €25.00 and if this code was bought by three people - one from each level - you get 4.00% commision: 3.00% from the first level, 0.75% from the second one and 0.25% from the third level, which means you earn €1.00.

NOW IMAGINE, THAT THERE ARE 10, 50, 100 OR 200 PEOPLE ON EACH LEVEL!

How does it work?

Earn with Friends works as follows:

  • You will be supplied with a unique link - a reflink.
  • You can share this link with your friends, post it on your favorite forum, social media, share it with a famous streamer, YouTuber, blogger or share it on in-game chat, while playing with your friends.
  • When you share your reflink and someone clicks on it, he will be redirected to Holyo.com.
  • When that someone – redirected to Holyo.com by your reflink – makes a purchase, you get a commission. Your links are tracked and eternal – it doesn’t matter when someone makes that purchase. Cookies will know.
  • Each time a new person registers from your reflink in our Earn with Friends program you get a cut of every transaction that is done from his reflinks.
  • You will also earn from your friends' friends' friends' purchases.
  • You can see your earnings on the Earn with Friends site. To view your Earn with Friends site, go to menu and select Earn with Friends.

How do I copy the link?

Just click the copy link on your Earn with Friends site and paste the link into i.e. an email, WhatsApp or Facebook. Edit the message if you like and send the invite code (reflink) to your friends

How can I spend my profits?

Your earned commission is automatically applied as a discount on your next purchase.

Can I transfer my earnings to someone else?

Transfer of earnings are not possible.

Can I be paid out in cash?

Cash outs are possible for earnings above €100 or the equivalent currency in your country. Please contact our support if you want to arrange for a cashout.

How long until I see the benefit in my account?

It can take up to 24 hrs for all transactions to be considered

My friend bought something, but I did not get my commission.

Only purchases made by registered users who joined Holyo through your personal unique reflink are considered and displayed on the Earn with Friends site.

Discounted products or purchases made with a promotion code are exempt form the Earn with Friends program.

Do I get any notifications?

Notifications are not yet available. Please go to your Earn with Friends site to see your current profits.

In what countries is Earn with Friends available?

In all countries Holyo is operating. Commission may vary depending on country

Can I invite friends from another country?

You can invite friends from other countries. However, you can only earn if your friends purchase in the same currency as you.

Are friends that haven’t bought anything included in the number of recruited friends?

All friends that have registered on Holyo through your reflink are counted as recruited friends. Your friends do not have to buy anything on Holyo to show up as recruited friends or to invite others.

Do I need to be a customer of Holyo to register for the Earn with Friends program?

No, it is not required to purchase anything on Holyo to take part in the program and invite friends.

Does it cost anything to participate in the Earn with Friends program?

The program is totally free of charge for you and your friends.

Are there any rewards for me or my friends when they are registering to the program?

No, there a no rewards for registering.

What about my personal data?

Please refer to Holyo’s Privacy Policy.

Can anyone of my invited friends see my earnings?

No, only you can see your earnings.

Can anyone see or infer how much I spend on Holyo?

The friend that invited you sees the number of his friends that have registered on Holyo through his reflink as well as the commission he earned. If you are his only friend in the Earn with Friends program, your friend would be able to infer how much you have spent.

As soon as more than one friend are part of the inviter’s Earn with Friends program, it is not possible to infer how much an individual has spent on Holyo.

    How to solve it?

    App Store & iTunes Gift Cards and Apple Music Gift Cards are specific to your country or region.

    How to solve it?

    When you are trying to redeem an App Store & iTunes Gift Card or an Apple Music gift card, make sure that the country/region you purchased the card in corresponds to the country/region of your account.
    You cannot redeem cards if the country/region of the card is not the same as your account’s country/region.
    For example, an App Store & iTunes Gift Card for the United States cannot be redeemed in an iTunes Store in the UK. It will only be valid on a US iTunes account.
    Please note that you cannot change your country or region while you have an active membership.

    How to solve it?

    Check for any typo, and if you entered the 16 characters of the code correctly.
    Check if the region of your Nintendo account matches the region of your Nintendo gift card.

    Check your billing information to make sure that the region is correct. For example, you cannot activate a US code valid on a UK account.

  • The Prepaid Card code you entered is incorrect or is no longer valid.
    Error code WC-40376-0

    Why do you see this message?

    The gift card code has not been entered correctly, or the region of the code doesn’t match the region of your PlayStation account.

    How to solve it?

    Check if you entered the 12 characters correctly. Check the region of your PSN account. The region of your account has to match with the region of your code. PSN does not let you change the country of an account. You have to create a new account if you want to access another country’s store.

    Instructions

    Create a new PSN account:
    • Go to your console’s settings by clicking the “briefcase“ icon on the home screen.
    • Click on “Users“ in the Settings menu. Now you’ll be taken to a menu where you can create/delete a user and change login settings.
    • Click on Create User, so that you can proceed to create a new PSN account.
    • Now, you’ll be taken to a page where you’re asked to sign in or create a new PSN account. We need a whole new account based on a different region, so click on “New to PlayStation Network? Create an Account“.
    • Once done, you’ll be taken to a page showing you the features of the PlayStation Network. You probably know what to do already. If not, click on “Sign Up Now“.
    • Set the “Country or Region” to the PS Store you want to access.
    • Follow the instructions on screen
